Tactical support

Tactical support and expertise is provided to help you develop a comprehensive, personalised and effective job search strategy.  This includes the preparation of a compelling resume and LinkedIn presence, extensive interview preparation, enhancing networking confidence and reach, how to work effectively with recruiters and search firms, accessing the 70% of roles that don't get advertised and identifying which job boards yield the best results.

Managing your campaign

Your consultant will not only help you plan your job search, they will also act as expert adviser, campaign manager and sounding board, the ongoing support and encouragement required to make it work.

Resources and facilities

You'll get unlimited access to well-appointed facilities in convenient CBD locations throughout Australia. All workspaces are equipped with phones, PCs, printers, photocopiers, high speed internet and WiFi. You'll also have access to a number of subscriber only research databases as well as newspapers, journals and reference library.

Support services

Additional services include guidance on money matters from a professional financial adviser, an extensive range of seminars and workshops (Syd/Melb) delivered by industry experts, and access to our web based Career Portal.
