Are you a recruiter?

We aren't recruiters - we're much more than that. While recruiters are an important part of any campaign, they are only one component and there's far more than that to a successful job search. Who pays for my program?

Your program is fully paid by your employer. There's no cost to you whatsoever


Is my information confidential?

Yes it is.  Our code of ethics ensures complete discretion and the confidentiality of anything we discuss.


What if I'm looking overseas?

Not a problem. No matter where you are or where you want your next role to be, we can support you. Many of our participants use our alliance of international partners to search for roles across the globe, and if you want to base your program in New York, Singapore, Paris or any number of other international locations we can arrange that for you.


What office facilities are available to me?

Our offices are a comfortable and welcoming CBD base for your campaign. We'll set you up with a workspace equipped with a personal computer, the latest software and unlimited access to high-speed internet and online research tools.

You will also have access to a fully integrated PC with MS Office and high speed fibre internet, administrative support, telephone, Wi-Fi, newspapers, journals and reference library.


When should I start the program?

The sooner the better.  It's useful to start the program quickly, as timing is crucial, and you'll need to plan and prepare your approach to the employment market in the best way possible so that you are prepared when you come across that perfect opportunity.  Even if you don't want to start looking for a job immediately, it helps to connect with us early so we can advise you on the best way to plan out your approach. That way you can hit the ground running when you are ready to start.


It's still some time before my departure date. Does it make sense to start now?

If you have early notice of your redundancy, you can use your program to give yourself an edge. Talk to us -  we'll help you map out your program to take advantage of the extra time you've been given. The sooner you start, the sooner we can help you to develop the strategy and tools to make a successful transition. And you can start your job search fully prepared, making a quicker transition on departure, if that is your desired outcome. In the first meeting with your consultant, you can plan your program usage so that the timing works with your particular circumstances.

I'm planning on taking a break, can I delay my program?

Understandably, many people want to take a break before they jump into their job search. Generally, this isn't a problem, but it's important to give us a call to talk about your plans before you have some time off. That way, you can be sure your program is available to you when you're ready for it.

How long is my program?

Program length varies depending on what is being offered by your employer. Discuss this with your employer prior to leaving the company, or give us a call and we can let you know. Regardless of the length of your program, it is possible to put your program on hold for a reasonable period during your time with us if you need to take a break.
